A development in four phases on a 3.25 acre site close to Manchester city centre, adjacent to the River Medlock. Secured planning consent for Phase 1 comprising 139,000 sq.ft.of residential together with parking and 19,500 sq.ft.of commercial space. Subsequently secured detailed consent for Phase 2 comprising a single glazed building accommodating a further 140,000sq.ft. of residential and 19,500 sq.ft.of retail space. Phase 3 was planned for 120,000 sq ft of office and Phase 4 proposed a 150 key hotel.
