A 55,000 sqft Grade 1 listed building outside Glasgow and on the border of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Acquired as an under performing retail centre, over a period of two years the performance was improved and detailed planning consent was achieved to expand the centre by 27,000 sqft in order to secure a new anchor tenant and uplift the capital value.
