Strategic Land, Redhill
70 acres of potential residential development land on the border of Redhill town, which is currently zoned as Metropolitan Green Belt. Maxam is consultant and partner to the landowners with regard to the planning strategy and development of the site. Maxam has coordinated all representations under the LDF, including Core Strategy, Green Belt Review, Redhill Town Centre Action Plan and the Borough SHLAA. Maxam has also assembled and led the design team for the submission of a site Master plan to include a range of housing, commercial centre, as well as primary and secondary schools.
